MY STORY
There are so many people in the world who never have the opportunity to pursue the career they love, especially at a young age. I’m not one of them. I started my career here in Tallahassee and I’ve learned a lot from other professionals in my field. I know that I still have so much to learn, but I’m a hard worker, a team player and excited to see future projects could benefit from my unique skill set. I love to travel and hang out with friends from all over the world!

October 2019 - Present
CUSTOMER SUPPORT ANALYST, FHP/CVE VIA CORNERSTONE SOFTWARE SERVICES
Level 2 and 3 Desktop and mobile terminal support for ~2000 FHP and CVE troopers as well as ~1800 non-Sworn support staff, in a team of 5 contractors. Maintained maximum possible uptime of systems in a highly mobile environment to maximize security and safety of Sworn members while out in the field.

FREELANCE IT SUPPORT AND CONSULTATION
Financial management, Equipment maintenance, advertising, IT support, IT Consulting, & Hardware Installation for a handful of local companies.

SALES ASSOCIATE, CONSUMER DEMONSTRATION SERVICES
Served and demonstrated products efficiently to more than 250 clients per day. Used customer service skills and effective time management to run specialty events during high activity hours to serve upwards of 1500 customers a per day.

SQL SCRIPTING AND DATABASE DESIGN

I have a significant amount of time working with SQL scripts and working on SQL style databases. I have worked to design and normalize databases both in my educational world as well as in my professional experience creating historical databases to be used for workplace automation.
